Talk Dirt to Me – reminder

Talk Dirt to Me This Saturday 4/20 at 1:00 at the Springs Presbyterian Church

Just a reminder about this weekend’s event – Talk Dirt to Me: Sustainable Land Care Symposium and Info Fair, co-sponsored by the Accabonac Protection Committee and the Perfect Earth Project.  It will take place at the Springs Presbyterian Church from 1:00 to 3:30.  This event, which will include a panel discussion and an Information Fair, will cover a number of topics related to nature-based lawn care.  The link below will provide more information about the event and give you the opportunity to register to attend. We are also pleased to announce that we have new tote bags designed by Scott Bluedorn and they will be available at the event for a small donation to APC. We looking forward to seeing all of you on the 20th.

And another reminder, in support of the No-Fling Spring anti litter campaign, we will be assembling at the first parking lot on Gerard Drive at 10:00am on Saturday, April 27th.  The clean-up will be led by Nick Bryan and he has graciously agreed to share some history about the area with those who are participating.  More information about this event will be sent out the week prior to the 27th.
