Proposed Louse Point Stormwater Abatement Design

A brief update. The Department of Natural Resources is in the planning stage of a stormwater abatement project at Louse Point. Documentation for the project can be found at the following portal:

Seeking Community Input

There is a plan created by their engineer that you may wish to review. In addition, there are three large scale versions of the plan for your inspection at the Amagansett Library, the East Hampton Library and the Springs Library, should you prefer a larger version. It is the same as the plan on the portal. The Department of Natural Resources is seeking community input. I would like to provide input from the Accabonac Protection Committee that is reflective of membership. Please send me your comments.
