District One Candidate Debate Schedule

This is a good opportunity to hear the district One candidates for Congress and Senate debate. And you can submit questions. 

1) MON., OCT. 19, 7 p.m. Candidates for 1st Congressional District—Lee Zeldin (Rep.) and Nancy Goroff (Dem.)

2) TUES, OCT. 20, 7 p.m. Candidates for 1st Senatorial District—Laura Ahearn (Dem.) and Anthony Palumbo (Rep.)

At each debate, the candidates will make timed opening and closing statements and answer questions contributed in advance by the public, LWV and press, and posed by the debate moderator. The only four people on the screen will be the two candidates, the LWV moderator and LWV timekeeper.
